Accepted Payments

Direct Primary Care Plans include a one-time deposit and a recurring monthly charge of unlimited scheduled visits of covered services (see the Direct Primary Care Information page for details).  Visits are unhurried and include labs. 

We also accept many insurance plans, some of which are included below.  Since more plans are in the process of being added, please call to see if your plan is accepted.
